Housekeeping came and made the bunkbeds with new linen. Because we needed the space (which look much smaller than the pictures advertise) and it was Thanksgiving eve we had no choice but to stay. They offered us a discounted rate if we stayed in the room or they offered us a new room that was a smaller type of room. Then I looked into the top bunkbeds to find crumbs, and some kind of stain that seems to be a pee or other liquid stain (See photos which were taken minutes after checking in). The twin bunkbed room with 4 beds had no remote and the tv was disconnected from service. When I walked to the King bed section of the room, blinds were missing from the patio door (see attached photo which was taken minutes after checking in) anyone outside could look into the room if we were changing or anything! Opening the patio door was difficult, it opened a little and I was able to see from the outside the screen was broken (see photo attached which was taken minutes after checking in). I was instantly disappointed in the room! Scratch marks all over the bathroom door when we entered, smudges on the walls. That remark took us back, but not as much as when we got to our room. The agent that checked us in told us that even though we were staying 2-nights, there would be no turndown service, trash removal or replacing towels, and if we wanted any towels we would have to call down to the front desk. The desk representatives seemed unkind and seemed as if they did not want to be there or help customers. We got the King Eagles Nest patio room (which is one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel). It was the worst choice we could have made. My family stayed here for 2 nights, the night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving.
